Dr Danica O’Brien

A proud Mackay local, Dr. Danica O’Brien completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery at James Cook University before returning to her hometown. She’s passionate about delivering quality dental care to the community she knows and loves with a calm and caring approach that helps patients feel at ease while improving their oral health.

She takes the time to listen, understand each individual’s needs, and works closely with patients to achieve healthy, confident smiles. Her goal is to make every visit a positive and comfortable experience.

Dr. Danica’s clinical interests include family dentistry, providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages, and cosmetic treatments aimed at enhancing smiles and boosting confidence.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Danica is a devoted animal lover and enjoys spending her free time exploring the outdoors and riding horses.
