Health funds and payment plans

Are you ready to start treatment but need more information on payment options?
At Hanly Dental Studio, we understand that sometimes oral health care is a necessity rather than a luxury, so we are here to make it as easy as possible for our patients to finance their treatment plans.
On The Spot Payment
We accept all major EFTPOS and credit cards at our practice, as well as cash and bank cheques.
Private Health Cover
Hanly Dental Studio accepts all major Australian health insurance funds through HICAPS which allows you to claim on the spot and automatically deducts your rebate after your treatment.
If your health fund does not participate in HICAPS, you may still be entitled to a rebate. We ask that you pay in full on the day and contact your health fund to pay the rebate directly to you after treatment.
Note: Depending on your individual plan, some health funds may pay out a different level of rebate. If you require an itemised treatment plan to find out how much rebate you are entitled to, please ask our friendly staff and we can arrange this.
Payment Plans
At Hanly Dental Studio, we can ensure Mackay patients get affordable dental care without the added stress of up-front payment. For patients who require an affordable, interest free payment plan, we offer a number of options:
Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS)
Hanly Dental Studio offers Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS). If your child is aged two to seventeen years and meets the criteria set by Medicare, you may be eligible to claim your children’s dental treatment through the CDBS.
Treatment covers all general dental treatment and is capped at $1000 per child over a two-year period. Hanly Dental Studio can check your eligibility upon request.

Department of Veteran Affairs
Hanly Dental Studio can provide dental services to individuals who have an accessed clinical need and hold a Verteran Gold Card or Veteran White Card (and your treatment is an accepted service-related condition).
