Hanly Dental Studio reserves the right to deny the issuing of the tooth whitening kit following the comprehensive examination if there are underlying oral health conditions or medical conditions that contraindicate the use of tooth whitening products.
All valid entries received during the promotional period will go into the draw and will be selected at random on 26th August, 2024 by 5pm.
The winner will be notified via email, telephone and/or direct message on social media by 26th August, 2024.
To claim the prize the winner must accept the terms and conditions and provide evidence to the reasonable satisfaction of Hanly Dental Studio that demonstrates he/she is the winner, is eligible to enter and complies with these terms and conditions.
If the prize is unclaimed by 2nd September, 2024 or the winner does not accept the terms and conditions, the prize will be forfeited and it will be up to the promoter whether a redraw takes place.
The prize is not transferrable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash.
The prize is accepted entirely at the risk of the winner. No compensation will be paid if the winner is unable to use the prize and/or any element of the prize as stated. No warranties apply to the prize to the extent permitted by law.
All relevant and applicable risks and complications specific to the prize will be disclosed to the winner in accordance with the dental board of Australia. The winner must consent to the dental treatment and accept these risks and complications in order to claim the prize.

Entry records and details relating to this promotion will be retained for the required period of time in accordance with the relevant state legislative obligations.

The following terms and conditions govern the Comprehensive Examination and Tooth Whitening Competition by Hany Dental Studio. Entry in to the competition is deemed to be an acceptance of the following terms and conditions and entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

This promotion will be open from Thursday 26th June 2024 9am to Friday 23rd August 2024 5pm. The winner will be announced on 26th August, 2024.
The prize includes 1x comprehensive examination, dental x-rays as required, full mouth clean and polish, photographs if required, 1x custom made take home tooth whitening kit. Prize valued over $620.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time the competition entry has been submitted. Individuals are permitted to enter once via the website link found at www.hanlydentalstudio.com.au and once on each social media platform by following, sharing and tagging at least two friends. The promoter will not take any responsibility for errors in submitted entries.

Eligibility
Entrant must be over the age of 18 during the promotional period
Must be able to attend the location of the promotion (33 Brisbane Street Mackay QLD 4740) to claim the prize of a comprehensive examination and tooth whitening kit.
Any treatment deemed necessary during the comprehensive examination must be carried out at the entrant’s expense prior to receiving the custom made tooth whitening kit. In the event follow up treatment is required, the entrant must attend these appointments with Hanly Dental Studio to be eligible for the custom tooth whitening kit.
An appointment to claim the prize must be made by 31st December 2024
